At The Legacy Loop, every piece is thoughtfully created with care and attention to detail. Because many of our items are handmade or made-to-order, please allow our current turnaround time before shipment.

Processing & Turnaround

All items are made to order unless otherwise stated. Current turnaround times are posted on our website and may vary during holidays, launches, or high-volume seasons. Turnaround time refers to production time and does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped via the carrier selected at checkout. Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. The Legacy Loop is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.

Pre-Orders & Custom Orders

Items purchased during pre-orders or custom order releases may have extended turnaround times. By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to the listed production timeframe.
