Each item is carefully created specifically for you, which means we are unable to restock or resell personalized or pre-order items once they have been made.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us withinĀ 3 days of deliveryĀ so we can review the situation. Refunds or replacements are consideredĀ on a case-by-case basisand are reserved for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
