All items are made to order unless otherwise stated. Current turnaround times are posted on our website and may vary during holidays, launches, or high-volume seasons. Turnaround time refers to production time and does not include shipping transit time.

Refund policy

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our pieces, The Legacy Loop does not accept returns or exchanges.

Each item is carefully created specifically for you, which means we are unable to restock or resell personalized or pre-order items once they have been made.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the situation. Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basisand are reserved for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please note:

• Color variations may occur due to screen settings and fabric batches.
• Minor variations are normal with handmade embroidery and are not considered defects.
• Refunds will not be issued for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or delays outside of our control.

This is a made-to-order item. I purchase all shirts/sweatshirts on Sunday nights. Turn around time starts on the following Sunday that the item is purchase and is estimated to be 3 weeks after that.
