Refund policy
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our pieces, The Legacy Loop does not accept returns or exchanges.
Each item is carefully created specifically for you, which means we are unable to restock or resell personalized or pre-order items once they have been made.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the situation. Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basisand are reserved for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

- Minor variations are normal with handmade embroidery and are not considered defects.
